FIND OPPORTUNITIES WORTH YOUR TEAM'S TIME

Start from the work you need to fund.

Start with the programs and initiatives you need to fund. Use Grants360 to find relevant opportunities, assess their fit and decide which belong in your funding pipeline.

Where the information comes from:

  • Federal opportunities, from Grants.gov.
  • Foundation giving records, from IRS 990-PF filings.
  • Funder guidelines, as published by each funder.
  • Your own opportunities, added by your team.

IRS 990-PF records help you understand a foundation's historical giving: what it has supported, award amounts and past recipients. Use that history alongside eligibility requirements and current funder guidance to assess fit. Historical giving does not establish that applications are open. Check the funder's current application process and deadlines before pursuing. Grants.gov provides federal opportunity notices; team-added opportunities bring grants identified elsewhere into the same pipeline.

Know which grants deserve your time.

Look beyond a keyword match. Review a funder's giving history, the opportunity's requirements, and how both fit the work you want to fund (eligibility, timing, and financial requirements) and compare the opportunity with your initiative and its funding gap.

What goes into a recommendation stays inspectable: the giving history, the financial fit, the timing, and the relationship context behind it. A strong-fit recommendation means the evidence supports pursuing. It is not a prediction of winning.

PREPARE THE PROPOSAL, WITH YOUR TEAM IN CHARGE

Get past the blank page.

Turn grant guidelines into a working checklist and use AI-assisted drafts to get past the blank page. Grants360 uses your approved organizational materials to help prepare application sections, with supporting sources available for review. Your team checks the claims, refines the narrative and assembles the submission package.

mission360 does not submit applications for you. Your team reviews and submits through the funder's process.

Winning the grant starts the obligations. Grants360 keeps reporting dates, expenditure milestones, and renewal opportunities in view after an award, so your team can see what needs attention.

  • Track interim and final reporting milestones.
  • Keep post-award tasks visible alongside your active pursuits.
  • Plan ahead for renewal windows.

Grants360 tracks dates and milestones. Grant accounting, and the reports themselves, stay with your finance team and program staff.

GRANTS ARE PART OF A BIGGER FUNDING PLAN

A grant application is part of a bigger funding plan. The grants you pursue join donor activity and revenue forecasts in one funding picture: what is secured, what is expected, and what remains to be raised for each initiative. Review grant decisions alongside donor activity and revenue forecasts to understand what is secured, what remains expected and where more funding is needed.
